Luc as bad as I would hate to see it I predict that after the HAND count that Gore has the most votes. Daley and his old man wrote the book on stuffing the box and that is exactly what is going to happen tomorrow _nfg_

I disagree and I AM NOT a Gore supporter: let the process run its course, the guy won the peoples mandate and there are lots of votes yet to be counted...

Can anyone answer if it makes a difference legally if Gore concedes? Even if he concedes Florida, does that officially end the process should there be a surprising vote count later?
