From FoxNews tonight:

The Judge who ordered the injunction in Palm Beach is not only a Democrat, but is married to someone appointed to his office by the Clinton Administration. She has also contributed funds to the Gore campaign and is a volunteer for the campaign; the exact one which is sending the lawyers down in front of her own bench. All of this, and yet she does not think it necessary to recuse herself!!!!!

Yes each state only gets one vote, it is not all Representatives getting a vote each. This favors Bush who I suspect would have control of more Republican states, with Democratic numbers coming from the more populous states.

. . . the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. . . .
