Carl,

Well, we'll see what happens. It's not in our control.

I'm heading to bed.

PROG had a nice day today. Up 8% in this crummy market. It looks to me that the downtrend has been broken.

Mark

Carl, from tonight discussions, I understood that Florida has until January 6th to certify electoral delegates. If they fail, they simply are not counted and whomever has the majority is elected. If it is a tie, it is thrown into the house of representative (or was it the whole congress?).

And actually, the founding fathers anticipated even worse. Originally, the constitution let the electoral college "deliberate" and actually switch votes (some 50% of the states, I understood, still allow delegates to vote their "conscience", our I should say their future "ambassadorship"...<g>).
