I think you may be off on your math by a bit (or perhaps a bit more.)

I count 70 Class A lawyers on either side spinning a legal yarn. Some, no doubt pro bono, all expenses paid. So let's say, to be conservative, on average 140 lawyers x $200/hr. = $28,000/hr. x 6 hours/day = $168,000 per day.

Seems incredibly cheap for the reward that possibly accrues to the winners. We're in for a long battle. Governor Bush is going to have to be patient.
