It was a misdemeanor, and there is no pattern. It was not recent, and is irrelevant to the issues surrounding the contemporary election. It is nobody's business......

To be technical you are wrong. Being arrested means nothing, however, if you are convicted or plead guilty and pay the penalty that is important. By law a potential employer can not ask you if you've ever been arrested...only if you've ever been convicted.

There is one case we'll leave out of this. That is Officer O'Bee and Alice's Restaurant.
