You could clean out some departments of the fed govt and give a tax cut and everyone but the folks who would now have to work for a living would be happy.

RE: "Amy, RE: "For those who would like to see Hillary win in a Presidential campaign, having Bush win could be useful." I disagree. Bush is planning on using the Reagan strategy of giving a huge across the board tax cut. This will make him very popular, because the impact on the deficit will not be generally understood till about 8 years later. It worked extremely well for Reagan/Bush, who got away with it for 11 years, until Ross Perot knocked some sense back into the voters minds in 1992." Scumbria

Hi Scumbria,

I agree with you. Remember Street.com's article where Kramer discussed his thoughts about the national debt - I really liked that article a lot and the way he expressed his thoughts. I thought it was a powerful message.

About my comment re: Hillary, what I meant was, if Bush wins, looking on the positive side, there's Hillary.

Regards,
Amy J

Why do you ignore the fact that the largest tax cut (mainly for the haves) was signed sealed and delivered by CLINTON?

Please answer this...
