10,000 ballots not punched all the way thru??? damn, this is news to me horribly gray area indicates some intention if another prez choice punched thru, then halfpunch to be ignored if no prez choice punched thru, THEN WHAT? how can a judge decide that a person intended to vote for Gore, as opposed to voting for nobody intentionally? judges simply step back from creating new votes absolutely zero historical precedent given Gore already received the majority of votes in those disputed areas, a federal judge or state judge will be incredibly hesitant to create new Gore votes tough luck, happens all the time / jim
