Jim, we just disagree..no big deal...also the suit specifically is aimed at the constitutionality of the "standards" or lack thereof for conducting a hand recount, so the question is actually appropriate to the Federal Courts. You are decieving yourself if you think this would not end up in the US Supreme Court, it will no matter who files suit. Jim you do however seem to feel comfortable with any and all Democratic Party inspired appeals, suits etc. Aren't you ashamed of the DNC and Jesse Jackson inflaming all of these people to near riot over their own ignorance and failure? The Democrats seem to be saying "We stole this election fair and square, and now its not fair that we did not win." By the way, evidence is leaking out that many of the "double punched" ballots were "Bush" ballots, raising a whole other spectre of voter fraud...when did that 2nd punch occur? I support any attempt by Bush to defend himself against these tactics.
