The Attorney General of Florida, Mr. Butterworth, is an ELECTED DEMOCRAT. All three members of the Election Supervisory Committee in Florida, the Sec. of Agriculture, the Sec. of State and the Chief of the Florida Div. of Elections are elected Democrats...so much for your Jeb Bush conspiracy.

"I do find it quite amusing that the "trust the people" line and "we do have rules and laws" line has gone by the wayside. Hey, here's a law, I don't like it. It's unconstitutional."

You have misread the intent here...the Republicans did not initially object to a manual recount...until it was confirmed that the previously thrown out votes were going to be reopened and counted based on a voter's intent...all at the discretion of the people doing the counting. In these heavily Democratic precincts...what would you surmise the outcome.

The "rule of law" is that these ballots get thrown out. They were thrown out for the first 2 counts...now apparently the rules have changed...thus the need to seek an injunction.
