Just reported, federal judge will not hear Gov. Bush's motion until 9:30am Monday morning ET. It is interesting that the judge decided to wait until then. Bush's camp is seeking a temp injunction to halt the manual re-count. One of those re-counts wil be completed by 9:30am ET Monday. The judge knew that when he decided to wait until Monday morning.

>>I am sorry but this is hyprocracy at its best. Gov. Bush should have simply asked for a manual count in whatever counties or precinct he wanted. He should have followed Florida law as it was written by Floridians. I think it was a strategy mistake for him to go this route.<<

The federal judge may agree with you. IMFO it appears he/she ordered the hearing to not occur until monday morning to permit Bush to dismiss the request should the hand-counting not materially change the results.
