Thanks TG, I was tempted to argue the position, but I rather look forward to the oral argument. I can imagine a whole set of questions from the Justices that would make the plantiff look pretty sorry, e.g., So you're saying that if the vote counting machine was not plugged in that no votes should be counted because it would dilute the original count of zero?

I am not an expert in election law, and I have not seen the Petition for Injunction. The only thing I see in the 14th Amendment that might apply is due process, that maybe the procedure doesn't comply with due process, but I am just guessing here.
