I think that just might happen, seriously.

Most of the states would be exempt, because as part of this divided America phenomena, I think most of the states broke more than 55% for one candidate or the other.

But a recount in OR, NM, WI, IA, and NH at a minimum is called for.

Tell me, should we get it right or just simply fast?

Maybe you're right. I am contemplating offering to draft challenges for any REPUBLICAN willing to file them in their home state, pro bono. Not sure if this would constitute practicing law in that state without a license, and maybe it won't come to that. But if Florida's Electors are disqualified then I say let's disqualify every state where Gore won, and I will be more than happy to lend a hand.
