Greg Strom is not going to produce batteries? Heh, heh! Just watch. Lev only said that such a thing is possible while referring to the QCOM model. It's all about money. If the licensees can outbid Valence the company may deemphasize production but that ain't gonna happen soon. Valence will be the second source and the first source for years. QCOM finds that some Asian manufacturers are cheaper and maybe Lev's "Malaysian companies" can do the same but not anytime soon. Five years out maybe. In the meantime, the rechargeable battery market for electronics will stand at 8 Billion dollars. Half of that will be Lithium polymer.

BTW, "jv" stands for joint venture, a partnership.
