Fact is that the hand recount will benefit the majority winner in that grouping. Gore has picked four areas that favor him. Well, boo hoo. Look who's crying now, but accusing the other side of doing the same. If those ballots were counted in error in sufficient number then we should know it. Period. Bush should ask for a complete hand count. He could have been doing this. He hasn't. Are you going to blame Gore for Bush's inaction?
