Well then why doesn't the Republican Party suggest that this be done in all those precincts throughout the nation where the race was close (and they lost) and where "changes could effect the outcome". This is not prudent. It is preposterous and additionally is inequitable, inconsistent and renders every ballot inconclusive as every ballot could be subject to some sort of manual recall and reexamination. No this is not prudent - a better word is contentious. JFD
