That is a guarantee when I read late last night that Bush authorize Baker to ask for the injunction.

LC: Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. According to the pundits it is not the political outcome and its uncertainty that is causing the market to tank. The investment community according to the pundits is ambivalent regarding the winner. Of course this I feel this is all being said in defense of Gore's "dog in the manger" tactics. The pundits posit that all of this is to be blamed on a smattering of disappointing results. Now the question remains which is it the political situation or Dell et al.? To me it both plus teh Fed's. denial that they have upped interest rates 2 or 3 times to often especially in the face of the "oil tax" and the the too strong $ killing the Euro and damaging our export opportunities as well as the translation of earnings to $.
