You may be right Zeev. One thing of which I am certain, these E&P stocks are difficult to predict with certainty.

I was thinking further about "tax loss selling" and HEC. The goal is to take losses, not to lose money. Hence, I would suspect that a lot of the tax loss sellers would have already done so when they saw the stock falling when the split was announced. I don't forsee a lot of tax loss selling pressure between now and the first of the year because I suspect that a lot of thos sales have already occurred. Thoughts?
