You're the one missing the point. These people were disenfranchised. They're victims. They were cheated, just like you said about the PB morons. This isn't partican unless the Democrats make it so. You said you wanted to be fair, right?

Scumb,

I haven't missed anything. I've said the Democrat Lawyers are more clever than the Republican ones all along. Much more experience with whining until they get what they want.

Probably not a good idea to assume that I am stupid.
You are completely missing the point. Republicans could have asked to have any other county recounted, and they didn't. In fact they apparently made sure that Duval county was not recounted.

No, I think you are missing the point. A state wide hand count should be done REGARDLESS of what either party wants. If the thrown out ballots are randomly distributed, only then will you get a fair result since only then will you be looking at all the thrown out ballots from an essentially equal (for each side) number of valid ballots. If you don't see this, then I will indeed assume you may well be somewhat stoopid. If there is any systematic fraud associated with thrown out ballots (as you suspect), then that will become evident as well and should be investigated. A state wide hand count based on agreed on uniform criteria would be the fairest although certainly not perfect approach.
