The fact remains that the House controls the spending budget. Not the sitting president.

The House takes the outline given to them by the sitting president and then adds or take away from its bottom line, amend how the money is spent ect.

The budget which was written and passed and the monies spent during Reagans first year in office was written by the democrats and past by Jimmy Carter in 1980.

The Budget that Bush will have in his first year in office will be the one passed by this recent congress and signed by Clinton.

History shows us that democrats like ever expanding larger government. History shows us that they are responsible for the national debt. History shows us that Robert Bird is the pork king.
