OT - Case law on invalid ballots

1) Massachusetts overturned the results of a congressional race due to the "butterfly ballot"

2) The Ballot design violates Florida state statutes.

3) Obviously, some people have difficulty using the "butterfly ballot", or else Gore would be the next president, and we would not be having the discussion.
