Peak Oil Production Problem is that energy stock prices could boom and bust several times before realization that reserves and production are of tremendous value. I am not sure how to play it. But until companies like OXY TLM VPI AHC get decent valuations, I will probably aways retain a core position. Peak production would seem to coincide with whatever expansion we are starting now. International work offshore Brazil, Angola and whatever new production OPEC musters may well be the last hurrah.
