Well, you will have to ask Sec Baker & co that question. They said lawyers should not be involved [because of "decorum and honor" <VBG>?] then they filed the lawsuit. Sec Baker on record said that "hand count" was not a good way. Evidently, GOP was using "hand count" in New Mexico. Besides, as it turns out, Gov Bush has signed into law in Texas that "hand count" precedes "machine count."

I am not a Gore person and I am equally skeptical of both sides, but right now, no matter how they spin it, the Bush camp is losing the PR war by serving the public a bucket of b*ll cr*p!
