Why have exit polls at all? Just more money grabbers that found a nitch. Why support the spending money for something that is being recorded by vote? Everyone in media wants a jump? They all get the same info. They should all stop paying for the service.

The public should close exit polls and regard them as indirect electioneering at polling places.

All campaigning of any kind should be outlawed on election day. That would cut down on confusion.
