ted,

I don't understand where all this fear and panic comes from. Do people honestly believe that the US government will collapse if someone doesn't back down?

There are lots of very fearful people out there these days. We need to get everybody off their butts, and get our there and do something useful, instead of trying to protect their comfortable lives in front of the cable TV.

"If this isn't done correctly now, the damage to the US presidency and our election process may be irreversible. For
all the complaints from the Republicans, there is no other way to deal with the irregularities that have been exposed in this election."

Certainly doesn't appear to be any easy answer...It's a shame it has turned out this way...Too much riding on too few irregularities...I'm just exceedingly skeptical that "dirty tricks" around the selection process for defining "irregular counties" and "dirty tricks" around the issue of "subjective interpretation" of spoiled ballots will ultimately determine the outcome...
