Jim,

re: "John, I voted Tuesday, did you?"

Whoop de do! You vote, what a patriot! Yet you feel the folks in Florida who volunteered to do their civic duty, they worked the elections and counted the votes Tuesday, they did a complete recount Thursday, and now they are hand counting the votes in four counties, are INCOMPETENT! EVERYTHING I've read about these folks is that ALL they care about is being accurate, that they are VERY concerned about national implications, so they have worked many, many, many hours, for nothing, trying to get this done. And for that they are called incompetent.

You can blame Florida if you want to, an easy target. Our laws are not that much different than your laws; our people not much different than your neighbors, good folks. But the real problem is with the Gush politicians, they will be very happy if you blame Florida, or New Mexico, or whatever "state" you choose to blame.

And yes, I always vote, and usually regret it.

John
