That is exactly my read on it right now. Bush screwed up big by not asking for recounts in counties that he won big. There is something very wrong here. They should count all the ballots the same way. If they are going to count by hand do it in all counties - or the results will be wrong.

You presume that everybody with a brain and investments is so greedy and small-minded that he would base his selection of his nation's leader solely on what fills his wallet. This is simply not true. There ARE smart investors with conscience. Incidentally, that's one reason why so many smart investors have been dumping Microsoft since the antitrust trial starting bringing some of the company's actions to light. Dave
