Good point. The IRS should take note and check out the returns of the ones complaining about the complex ballot. Maybe they overpaid.

Difference is that tax forms are not anonymous, meaning that the IRS or your tax advisor can help guide or correct your filings and determine accountability...not true in the case of a ballot.
