JLA: Your answer is off the mark. The reason why 19 blacks voted for Gore to every 1 that voted for Bush is not because of Jesse Jackson. The reason is that the American dream is only available to some in this country, not to all, and 95% of black voters realized that Bush was not the man to make things better. In addition, we all have seen the legislation forwarded the past four years by Lott-Armey-DeLay. It aims to cut off the working man and working woman at the knees so as to increase profits for Big Business.
