I wouldn't be so quick to score one for your point. This game is far from over and it is getting bigger by the day. At the current rate this will be taking over every court in Fl and our nations federal court system in no time at all. In my opinion it will have to do with margins of errors, and perceived systematic errors that candidates and voters are willing to accept in elections. Fl may only be the tip of the iceberg.

I think both sides are sitting around strategizing all scenarios. The lawyers and committee people are all excited that they get to use their well honed legal and political skills. This must be the day they've all planned for. Excitement abuzz!

It makes me sick that they are so busy chopping down the forest they haven't noticed any trees.

This whole thing is a sham. There has been no fair recount, no rigorous examination of systematic errors from counting, and the data is being degraded every time some moron puts their hands on a ballot.

It's time to just stop everything, figure out a fair and accurate way to count all of the votes in the state that each county will agree on and recount all the votes. Then take that into account with the other two counts and come up with a winner that has a reasonably statistical probability of winning. One arm washes the other in this thing, and without cooperation political arguments are just going to get in the way.

Forum shopping shmopping. Most people agree that a national standard for the presidential ballot is in order. What does that say about federal jurisdiction over this election in the end?
