Selectric, if someone punches a ballot and the chad doesn't fall out, the process is flawed. Standard for recounting manually have been agreed upon. The Gore team chose to not have manual recounts, so they cannot complain about the built-in mathematical bias. For the record, I recognize the mathematical bias, and would support manual recounts in all counties. My aim is not to get my favorite candidate elected -- I want the electee to be the one that most people in Florida voted for. At this time, we don't know who that is.
