No, this morning was partly about closing another loop hole the Gorons would attempt to use should the count not go their way. Now Gore can not go through the Fed court either. Picking cabinet: You're missing something here. Bush WON. The recounts are seeking to overturn the recorded will of the people(whatever that really is)as defined by Gore. It is legitimate for Bush to say publicly what he is doing, he's in the winner's circle. Gore on the other hand should also be picking his team. He, however, should be quiet about it because as it stands now he's in the loser's circle.
