Wrong. One need only win a majority of the electoral votes in the count. But it will nevr come to that. Florida should be resolved in a week or two. right now it looks good for Bush as Broward isn't going ahead with their count and Bush has actually gained a few votes with the hand re-count despite all their strenuous objections. Gore needs about 5,000 votes to have a chance now before absentees come in, unless there's a big surprise there. Anything is possible still.
