Joe, That's almost like Clinton's proposal to eliminate the deficit in 10 years with vast majority of cuts happening on years 9 and 10, or after he would be out of office. The deficit had been cut in half before the Republican Congress even convened. Clinton rescued them from doing another stupid across the board tax cut, and now the budget is balanced, well ahead of the most optimistic expectations. Your remarks are rather disingenuous. Scumbria
