The counties will probably finish their hand recount by Saturday,
The probable scenario is that the recount shows Gore the victor but the Florida Sec. of state refuses to accept the results since they come in after tomorrow. Gore concedes the election to Bush. In two years the Republicans lose both houses of congress decisively as rage for the stolen election continues.

David T. Your scenerio will result in the final decision being made in the US House of Representatives and being based on whether to accept the Florida electors as Bush Electors. With that much contraversy, it is possible tthat one or two could defect to Gore giving him the election unless New Mexico goes to Bush,.
