Bush should have asked for a manual count, rather than filing a lawsuit where he is the Plaintiff for a claim which is contradicted by legislation he passed in his state. I concur with you that both sides should be open for a state-wide manual count. Regards, Amy J

"Gore joins lawsuit to extend Florida recount deadline" Amy J PS I believe this may be the first lawsuit that he joined. I believe the other lawsuits were by Bush and individual citizens, but am not sure.
