<<at least until 4th quarter earnings come trickling in and energy prices go to the next level of absurdity.>>

Yep, we're only 4 weeks from earnings warning season (ERRR< unless you're HWP!<G>), and NG hit 6.00 on the overnight Dec futures market tonight...

...something so out of left field and huge that we can't even imagine it right now.

This is really strange. last night, I had this sensation come over me of international crisis. A major political figure had been assassinated.

Maybe it's just the influence of everything being up in the air with no real direction yet, but I just caught a chill when it came over me. I'm sure it's nothing, carry on.

If the majority members of Congress were Democrat, they might well ask Clinton to stay on, but they are Republican. If this matter is not resolved then Denny Hastert, Speaker of the House, or some other Republican will act as President. Perhaps you have no idea how much Clinton is hated by Republicans, but I assure you that there are calendars all over this nation which count down to his eminent departure in 56 days.

For all Clintons 'faults' he has no desire to be 'King' IMO, he's more worried about his legacy as president. Therefore I could certainly see him getting involved in this process in order to 'save democracy' and screwing it up that way, but not to take power.
