Wit Soundview Apparently Downgraded RATL Based on
some kind of dubious survey. I haven't seen the
analyst report either, but that was the drift of
the messages by some of the better posters on the
Yahoo thread.

FYI: I picked up additional shares today (yesterday
now) as well in RATL. At $40, was too good to pass up.
