Every registered voter deserves the right to have the vote counted. So, how about stupid voters who punch more than once ? Or not punch well ? Do we divine their intention ? Since when do we get into the business of interpreting how someone intended to vote ? Isn't it their right to vote for whoever they want without our interpretation ? Machines do that and do that well, humans cannot and should not.
