I have a suggestion:

Why don't we nominate the person who designed this ballot, chad and all, as the new President. She managed to overthrow the American government, something which the Russians were never able to do, without the use of weapons and without loss of life. Seems to me that she deserves something for her brilliance. <ggg>

But that error effects all voters objectively. An indentation in the chad without a break is hardly conclusive.
