I saw that to. I guess when the decision was announced we got a slew of tech earnings report this sending the Naz up 25 points.

mtnlady...last night Laura Tyson (not sure on the exact name or spelling), who was a financial advisor to Clinton during the first term basically spouted the same thing. She attributed the slide of the NAZ to bad earnings and oil.

Wonder who comes up with the daily playbook these folks use?

That "poor democratic guy" was William Daley, and I'm delighted to see Mr. Market repudiate his spin in such a decisive manner. I consider him to be Al Gore's puppet master, and imo a man who would jeopardize the well being of our nation in his practice of partisan politics.

But then again, that's true of all the politicians I've observed with the exception of my personal hero, Harry S. Truman.
