Yes she will because it will not be an accurate, representative vote of the entire state. Unless Gore has been manufacturing votes overseas like he has in NM, he is finished....done. forever.

Dave, I believe that once her decision to abide by the 5pm deadline, she can divorce herself from WHATEVER arises after the fact. Surely she can't be held responsible for the unknown.
