Easy, what if one "observer" says that's a type A chad and is a vote and the other says it's a type B chad and isn't? Who wins the argument? Now think if that is repeated 30,000 times, You call that an accurate vote? I think that's as worthwhile an exercise as a pissing contest and messier too.
