They are biased. Like it or not. This is part of the chief complaint. They will have to do a hand recount of the entire state for it to be considered fair. Otherwise it is a wasted effort. No information can be drawn from it, other than to say that the result in Palm Beach County from a manual count was different. You cannot accept it as a more accurate number without taking into account all counties.

I suspect that the FL Secretary of State will throw out all the hand recounts because FL law allows manual recounts only when there is evidence of fraud or the machines are improperly calibrated, not merely because the boards desire a more "accurate" count.

That is FL case law and none of the counties currently re recounting have met that burden.
