Usually splits and estimates are all adjusted over time by analysts. So the estimates for 2001 are all split adjusted. Sures sounds positive on the conf. call. All analysts are congratulating BEAS for the outstanding quarter.

They also increased guidance for 2000 and 2001 on everything. Moved growth rate up from 40% to 46-48%. All these numbers are sandbagged numbers and this means they are very very confident of the pipeline.

The deferred rev account is combination of license, service contracts signed but not preformed and service contracts for licenses. This is money in the bank and I think all analysts will comment on their doubling of def. revenue.

I have to believe that the big funds will see this as a safe haven for funds so BEAS should move up dramatically in an up market and not go down as much in a down market.
