I would imagine cobalt will be sold to the manufacturers who require it, eg. batteries, specialty steels, etc.

Valuations are determined by well established mechanisms and systems, which, like real estate valuations use different criteria to establish fair market value. Speaking of valuation schools, if you're interested, try: bc-mining-house.com

Simply because you failed to understand something so simple does not mean that it was baloney. Besides I presented it as my most humble opinion for discussion.
