Wayne, I don't understand this issue of bias in the hand count. As we have seen, every ballot is examined by a team of three people, with at least one official from each party. Yes, machines aren't biased in their counting mistakes, but if you have a particularly bad one in Palm Beach, it is likely to deprive the Democrat of more votes. And that is what a hand count can determine. /Kit
