There are now signs that the economy is slowing. But, some powerful inflation forces still stalk us: high oil and the tight labour market.

Also: You have as much a "feel" for investors' sentiment as anyone--you read and discuss here, and perhaps, elsewhere. What's your guess for the markets (a.k.a., "wealth effect")if the Greenman were to go to neutral bias, let alone make a rate cut?

I would be astonished if the Greenman anounces any changes. I would also be astonished if he makes any changes to the money supply growth rate (which has been just about flat, inflation-adjusted). (Money supply growth is more important than rate changes.)
