Jim, Do you think the Florida Secretary of State is acting in a bipartisan manner? I have a problem with her approach, she seems to be taking direction directly from the Bush camp. In her position, interpreting Florida election laws, I think that is unfair, and should she step down. I know that you will say that I am a whinney liberal, I'm not. I just see this spiraling down into a more and more partisan battle, with less and less regard for what is legal and/or right. At the start, I was hoping Florida would rise above the politics to certify a correct election by law, but the partisanship is getting worse every day. John
