So far what I have seen is that both camp want FAIRNESS and the TRUE WILL of the people, who care if it is legal or not ?

Any method of counting votes involves interpretation. Machines are trained to interpret, and Governor Bush of Texas recently signed a law stating that hand counts are less subject to error than machine counts are.
