The more you hand recount heavy democratic counties, the more votes will turn up for Al gore Even if you recount the entire state more votes will turn up for Al Gore. Why? because the voting machines used in the democratic counties count a lot of ballots as No Vote even though a vote was obviously performed. The machines in republican counties do not have this problem. This is why the recounts keep showing additional Gore votes, because the vote was biased by choice of counting machine. TP
